Everyone brings knowledge and experience that deserve space. My role is to create the conditions for those contributions to come together and for the team to move forward in a shared direction.
AI can expand the possibilities. People assess what makes sense in their context and remain responsible for their choices.
The experience is prepared for the group and the question they want to work on. The format, objective and what we will develop are agreed before we begin.
