I facilitate workshops and labs in which your team tackles a challenge in communication, creative work or the way work is organised. We explore alternatives with AI and shape a proposal to try out.
Your team needs to move beyond familiar answers and explore other ways to tackle a challenge.
What we do
We define the question, bring the team’s perspectives together and use AI to explore alternatives. We compare the options and develop an idea chosen by the group.
What we can develop
A proposal or a prototype to test.
02
Give your communication its own voice
AI-generated texts and ideas need to better reflect your business and the people they address.
What we do
We work on a message or communication concept. We question generic responses and introduce the team’s context, references and choices.
What we can develop
A message or communication concept developed using your own criteria.
03
Use AI independently and with judgement
Your team wants to understand when to turn to AI, what to delegate and how to assess what it produces.
What we do
We experiment with and without AI, compare the processes and discuss the decisions. Everyone explains what they have done, what they delegated and why.
What we can develop
Working criteria and a record of the choices made with AI.
Possible examples of work. The challenge and what we will develop are defined with your team.
How we work
From a challenge to a proposal to try out.
I prepare activities based on your context, guide the group’s work and help compare options. The team brings its experience and decides what makes sense.
Trainer training · A record from the project archive. This is not a D4HE session.
Learning by doing
Activities, conversation and visible work.
The materials help people share ideas. At D4HE, I use exercises and moments of reflection so that everyone can explain what they have created and why.
The aim is to develop a proposal and practise criteria the team can use again.
How I guide a team
Everyone sees something different. Every contribution matters.
A team needs to find a new way of working together. Each person brings different experiences, ideas and concerns. I facilitate a process that makes room for those perspectives, shares uncertainties and builds a proposal together. No one needs to have all the answers to contribute.
Illustrative example of a possible session. It does not represent work already carried out.
What the team takes away
A map of the different perspectives, a joint proposal and a next step with clearly assigned responsibilities.
My role
Create the conditions for everyone to contribute, help people listen and connect ideas, and guide the move from conversation to action. The team builds and decides.
Facing fear, together.
The fear of making a mistake, not knowing or having an idea rejected can make someone stay silent. I create space to share uncertainties, ask questions and experiment without demanding a perfect answer at the first attempt.
By listening to other perspectives and agreeing on small steps, the team can gain the confidence to move forward. Everyone has something to add and can also ask for help.
Valuing each person means listening to and considering their contribution. Not every idea will be chosen; the reasons behind the decision should be clear to the team.
I bring design, experience in education and the facilitation of creative processes to help your team think through a problem, develop ideas and choose what is worth putting into practice.
I prepare activities based on the business context, facilitate the group’s work and help make the choices made with and without AI visible.
Creative Agency Lab. The format depends on the challenge.
D4HE’s experience of human creativity with AI, facilitated by Cátia Freitas. You can start with a workshop, tackle a challenge in a lab or develop a project over several sessions.
We begin with a conversation about the challenge and the people involved. The proposal sets out the objective, format, duration, number of participants and terms. It can be in person, online or hybrid, where suitable for the work.
Who facilitates the work
I’m Cátia.
I bring design, experience in education and the facilitation of creative processes to help your team think through a problem, develop ideas and choose what is worth putting into practice.
My background spans design, vocational training and international projects. At D4HE, I combine that experience with a critical exploration of AI.
I combine design, learning and facilitation to help your team develop a proposal and understand the decisions that make it their own.
Design to make ideas visible
I help turn a conversation into a message, sketch or proposal. Having something tangible allows the team to compare options and decide what they want to try.
Learning through the team’s work
I prepare activities suited to the challenge and the participants’ experience. Everyone practises, reviews what they have done and explains their choices.
Facilitation to bring perspectives together
I guide the conversation, gather contributions and help establish shared criteria. The team takes part in building the response.
What we can produce
A message, proposal or prototype linked to the agreed challenge.
What we will practise
Compare alternatives, question AI responses and justify decisions the team can apply again.
At the outset, we define what we will develop and how we will assess it. At the end, we review the work and identify what needs testing.
